to the Light Heart Essences website.
The
Light Heart Flower Essences are created by spiritual
healer, flower essence maker
and flower essence therapist, Rose
Titchiner.
These
essences are made from flowers, trees and plants
grown organically in the 2½ acres
surrounding Rose’s home in Suffolk, or in
nearby wildflower meadows and wildlife habitats.
Some essences incorporate gems and crystals, some
are environmental essences and some are made solely
with light and intention.
We will be closed for a short break from
29th August until 8th September.
We
apologize for

during this time will be fulfilled as soon as
possible after we re-open.

Changes to the Light Heart Combination Range -
March 2008
Welcome
to our new updated and expanded range of combination
essences. From now on, all of
the Light Heart Combination Essences will be grouped
under one heading - as the "Truly Divine" Combination
Essences. We have re-formulated and updated all
our combination essences during the last nine months,
and added several new combinations to our range.
We have also re-written all our combination descriptions
in order to make it easier for you to see which
ones best suit your situation.
* New Spritzers!
All of our combination essences are now also available
in 30ml pocket/handbag sized blue PET plastic,
tamper-proof spritzers. These beautiful lightweight
spritzers are unbreakable and ideal for travel
or using with children. Because they are completely
sealed and tamper-proof, we have been able to greatly
reduce the amount of alcohol they contain. PET
plastic bottles are much more environmentally friendly
than glass bottles and take a fraction of the energy
to recycle in comparison to glass . We hope you
enjoy our funky new spritzers and the changes and
new additions to our range - with love from all

The
Kids Company
One of the organisations
that has inspired me the most in the last year
has
been Kids
Company. Based in London, and founded and led by
the visionary psychotherapist Camila Batmanghelidjh,
Kids Company supports around 8,000 severely
challenged children every year.
Once Kids
Company take on a child they stick with them
through thick
and thin, and sensitively
and flexibly, try to meet their unmet needs for
counselling, mentoring, education, nutritious meals,
clothes and medical advice. Where needed, they
also make sure that the children are provided with
safe and appropriate housing, they support the
children through any court hearings, as well as
supporting them in getting any medical care they
might need. They also run a preventative programme,
working directly with children in inner city schools.
Last year, Kids
Company were awarded a three year grant from
the government. This covers half
of their annual running costs of £3.7 million
pounds. The remaining money they have to raise
through donations and match funding in order to
be able to continue to receive their governmental
grant. They are also looking for more volunteer
teachers and therapists to help them with their
work, in addition to needing donations of all kinds
of equipment (see their wish list below).
