Well it's been over a year since we sent out our last newsletter and much has happened in that time. This newsletter brings your our latest news and and introduces you to a few of our great new combinations:

If you want to place an order for essences or books, you can do so securely on our website using most credit or debit cards or PayPal if you prefer - or you can phone us with your order. We will endeavour to get all Christmas orders out as soon as possible - All orders go by first class post - overseas orders go by airmail small packet

Don't forget, if you are a therapist ordering online, you need to send us your practitioner certificates if you want to set up your password in order to get your practitioner discount on all your online orders.

FIRSTLY OUR NEWS! - Light Heart Essences moved just over the border into Norfolk a year ago, and since then we have been quietly beavering away, creating a wonderful new organic garden filled with flowers, fruit and veg, herbs and medicinal herbs. We've also been kept very busy with all your orders (thank you! thank you!), and with many new essences coming along.

CHANGES - We have several exciting new combinations to tell you about (see below for: 'Real Love', 'Safe Journey', 'Decisive Action' and 'Sanctuary' combinations , and there will be many more new additions to our range in the coming months. Our website will also undergo a makeover in the new year. During the next six weeks all our current and new combination essences will become available in beautiful tamper-evident blue 30ml PET plastic oral spritzers as well as in our normal 30ml blue glass dropper bottles. Some of our current room and body mists will also become available in these lovely blue, tubular spritzers. These unbreakable spritzers are great for the handbag or pocket and for travel.

NEW PRODUCTS - the first new combination we want to introduce to you is called 'Real Love'. Many people seem to have been challenged by relationship issues recently and are trying to understand what love really is - and what is really loving. We hope the following combination essence will offer support and clarity at this time:

Real Love

For: understanding what love really is, and how to be loving and true to ourselves as well as to others; integrity, honesty and independence in love; seeing clearly how we relate and react to others – the roles we play – and why; recognising in ourselves the qualities (positive and negative!) we look for or find in others; learning to care for ourselves more, rather than expecting others to always care for us; setting one another free.

Safe Journey

For: taking care of ourselves and others while driving. Safe Journey helps us stay focussed, alert and connected with what’s happening on the road. It encourages us to relax, slow down, drive safely and keep our cool with slow traffic, car breakdowns and other drivers.

Here's one for all those New Year's resolutions - and for when we're stuck in indecision and lack of action. Here's our new 'Decisive Action' combination:

The last new combination for this newsletter is 'Sanctuary' - which may be familiar to recent website customers, but not to everyone. We use this comforting mist, after space clearing with our 'Lighter Space' mist. 'Sanctuary' is a lovely mist to use at this time of year to create a nurturing feeling of homeliness.
